Bluescreening
If you are experiencing a bluescreen when loading the loader,
this usually indicates that a suspicious program or system file is running on your device. Some of the most common culprits include:
npf.sys
(Network Performance Filter driver)NLSvc.exe
(Network List Service)WinRing0x64.sys
(Hardware monitoring driver)
These files are often associated with network monitoring tools, VPNs, or hardware monitoring software that can interfere with our loader. If none of these files are present on your system, please create a ticket in our Discord, and our support team will guide you through additional troubleshooting steps.
Loader Errors
If you are experiencing an error when opening the loader:
- Error

Loader Not Opening
If your loader doesn't open when you run it:
- Try using this alternative Loader
- Use a VPN - your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be blocking the connection to our servers
- Ensure your antivirus is not blocking the loader
- Run the loader as administrator
Menu Visible but No ESP
If you can see the menu but the ESP doesn't work:
- Most common cause: Antivirus or Secure Boot is still enabled
- The game has been updated, and we haven't released an update for the latest game patch yet
- Driver blocklist is still enabled in your antivirus - disable this feature
- Check if your graphics drivers are up to date
- Ensure you're running the game in the correct resolution
Login Issues
If you can't sign into the loader with your credentials:
- Your login credentials are invalid
- A HWID (Hardware ID) reset is required - create a ticket in our Discord for assistance
- Check your internet connection
- Verify that your subscription is still active
Unaligned ESP
If you are experiencing unaligned ESP:
- Ensure your game resolution matches your default Windows resolution
- Set your display scaling to 100% (default)
- Disable any custom display scaling in Windows settings
- Check if your game is running in fullscreen mode
- Verify that your monitor's native resolution is set correctly
